In short: our games don't collect any data about who plays. The save stays only on your device. The website only stores your email if you give it to us to get news.

Who we are

Mingoia Games is an independent studio from Argentina. You can write to us at [email protected] with any question about this policy.

Churris World and our games

• We don't collect personal data from players: no name, age, location or device identifiers.
• No advertising and no third-party ad services.
• No analytics and no usage tracking.
• No chat and no way to contact other people from the game.
• The save is stored only on the device. It is never sent to any server. If you delete the game, the save is deleted with it.
• The game works offline.

The stores where the game is downloaded (App Store, Google Play, Steam) have their own privacy policies for purchases and downloads, which don't depend on us.

Children

Our games are made for kids, and that's exactly why they collect no information about them. The website's mailing list is for adults only.

The mingoia.games website

• Mailing list: if you leave your email to get news, we use it only for that. It is stored by the email service we use; we don't sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.
• Statistics: we use anonymous visit statistics that use no cookies and don't identify you.
• Cookies: the website sets no cookies of its own.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your email from the list, or ask what information we hold about you, by writing to [email protected].

Changes

If one of our games ever adds something that uses the internet or data, we'll update this policy before that version is released, and you'll see it in the date above.
